Kleoniki Tachia is an Attorney at the Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki and a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). She holds a Master’s degree (MSc) from AUTH in the program “Information and Communication Technologies: Law and Policy,” with research focused on the connection between personal data and modern forms of cybercrime.
Kleoniki Tachia is a certified DPO and provides specialized legal services on matters of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She handles cases related to privacy violations, supporting individuals in instances of unlawful disclosure of personal data on social media. She undertakes the provision of Data Protection Officer (DPO) services, the drafting of Records of Processing Activities, the conduct of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), and legal representation before the Hellenic Data Protection Authority and the competent courts. At the same time, she offers support to businesses in assessing and continuously monitoring their compliance, reviewing contractual documents, and implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.
She handles Family Law cases, and more specifically, contested and consensual divorce proceedings. She provides legal support on matters of parental responsibility for minor children, custody, communication arrangements, and child support. She has successfully managed cases of divorce and custody of minor children. In addition, she offers advisory support regarding the regulation of parental rights and obligations, undertaking every stage of the process, from out-of-court negotiations and the drafting of agreements to judicial representation before the competent courts.
Her field of practice includes the contract law, where she provides comprehensive legal solutions on matters of civil liability, damages, breach of contract, and compensation claims against third parties. She undertakes the assessment and pursuit of compensation claims, the resolution of disputes between private individuals and businesses, as well as negotiations and representation before the courts, offering practical and personalized solutions that safeguard her clients’ rights and interests.
She provides legal services on matters of Property Law concerning real estate, with particular emphasis on cases involving mortgages, prenotations, and other encumbrances. She undertakes the legal review of property titles, the provision of advice on the establishment, release, or removal of mortgages and encumbrances, as well as legal support in transactions and disputes related to real estate. She offers complete guidance both at the out-of-court level and through judicial representation, where required.
With excellent command of English and French, she undertakes the issuance of official translations of bank documents, contracts, and agreements, fully valid before any Authority, as well as the interpretation of legal agreements.
